given the way they have treated me i'm no longer sure i want to go to the US!! :( But having gone this far and spent all that money I reckon I'll get a flight the minute the passport arrives lol

i've rung them and they were unable to give me any information....just told me i had to wait and it would be processed in due course....i'm not sure why they have the phone line really as all they...

well it's now 15 calender days since the passport arrived at the embassy and not a word....has anyone else waited this long?

Having applied in February I simply followed the time frames given by the embassy, I have to book leave from work a year ahead and we never dreamt that it would take so long, some of my family had...

absolutely, this forum is the only thing keeping me sane!!! To pack or not...to change my spending money or not...to sort travel insurance or not...i'll need another holiday after all this!!

well apparently my passport took from the 5th till the 7th to arrive at the embassy...despite the website saying 4 days for the embassy to issue I have just spoken to them and it can take 10 working...
