I see no fixation from Tec, most folks are concerned about this, I agree it only accounts for a tiny percentage, but it is tens of millions of pounds and add this to all the other dodges and scams...

Front line service staff are stretched to the limit these days, billions of pounds of cuts aren't going to make things better thats for sure.
