I think the multiple used for the shortfall is 2.5, not 2 right?

When I said 'anyone' it clearly included non-EU, so I am aware that this is what you meant, however I don't see the difference, apparently you are against 'anyone' accessing the NHS that hasn't paid...

You obviously know that they do vote for the party (Democrat/Republican) that they align with the most, but the voter also can't make the party they select, cherry pick the policies they want...
