Get your sponsor to file the application who I assume is Canadian. You sign a form giving permission for them to gain access to your notes.

It could be about a month from appointment in Croydon to having your passport if you're flexible as you have ceremony and passport interview to factor in also

I'm sure you can do it in person. Iirc I went with my OH to Croydon and it was all done within an hour. Barely any bits of evidence required.

We had 10 years (as 18 was some time ago lol) and after reading up added back to 18. A bit more work as that meant all the student digs from uni had to be completed. 10 years was just our current...

Don't feel bad. I am 'herewecome' on the s/s so received in Miss 27th Dec, approved 17th Jan iirc. I am just grateful things are still moving despite the strike.
