Yes. Found it.
Only for people applying for visitor, student and work visas which allow them to stay for at least 24 months....and it's free! :lol:

You must provide police certificates for every country you have lived in for at least 12 months duration. That includes NZ if you have been here long enough. Immigration will not do it for you.
