Hi,
Yes I think so.
I believe a successful Silver Fern Visa applicant has 3 months to send Immigration all their supporting documents after they have been provisionally granted one of the visa's....

Hi,
I expect so.
Postgraduate Diplomas are said to be equivalent 'quality' to a Masters Degree, therefore I would use it myself in a Silver Fern Application.
