WE had a couple come and look at our house was here with the agent for over 90 mins. Asked a million and one questions. They have come from over 100miles away they are relocating.

Hi who you flying with cos we are flying two weeks tomorrow Singapore Airlines to Perth but sadly we are only validating cos we cant sell our house. :scared:

We put our house on the market in Oct for 375K this is what 5 estate agents valued it at have dropped to 340K. Accepted an offer of 325k yesterday cos they HAD nothing to sell were puting their two...

We have also been on the market since Oct dropped 35K in total
had an offer on friday to low, come back with another one on Saturday.
Still bit to low see what they say tomorrow will probably bite...
