Re: Cannabis

Yes, the secret is to put it beneath your tongue. For the first month of her prescription, my wife was just swallowing it straight down. I found out on the web (Doctor Google) that it was more...

Re: Cannabis

I think sometimes it's psychological. In the very early days of her prescription for cannabis oil (CBD only, at that point) my wife tripped out on her half-a-milligram taken on a teaspoon. She made...

Re: Cannabis

I see that Mexico is soon to legalise it, too. With all the murders the country has, it makes no sense for the Police to waste their time on trivial misdemeanours.

Re: Cannabis

You're lucky to have so many strains to choose from up there. Here, we only have two: 1:20 and 10:10. The latter is supposed to be a 50-50 mix of painkiller and intoxicant, but there's no way we can...

Re: Cannabis

Is anybody on this thread taking cannabis as a painkiller? If so, would he or she mind posting the news on the thread? My wife has a prescription for the oil, to fend off pain from her lung-cancer....

Re: Cannabis

But Dave, if you brew your own beer and thus deny "big money" some profit, why shouldn't I grow my own hashish and deny "big money" some? You're correct that two wrongs don't make a right, but one...

Re: Cannabis

All this is a bit off-topic for a thread on cannabis, so to drag it back on topic I will speculate that in the new era there will be "puff parlours", where customers have to call up a server to carry...

Re: Cannabis

Oh well, it's nice to be able to say with pride, "I was there, wayyy back when!"

Re: Cannabis

When I lived in Canada in the mid-1960s, Toronto had "wet wards" and "dry wards". In the latter, it was illegal to drink alcohol in public view. Friends of mine were interviewed and warned by the...

Re: Cannabis

When you say you had a missing tooth, do you mean you had lost a tooth, or had found one belonging to someone else? I'm not saying you should care either way, but I'm just wondering...

Re: Cannabis

Well, I myself don't class pot as "dangerous", and am pleased to see its consumption legalised. In my personal observation, vastly more young lives have been ruined by prison sentences for possessing...

Re: Cannabis

As a matter of interest, is any medical-cannabis grower a publicly quoted company? Made-in-Canada cannabis oil is available here in Cayman on prescription, and I wondered who might be making it.
