Norfolk was at one time on the table for us too until we decided on IOW. I would think you would be more connected there than Wales especially if you can get a bus to Kings Lynn. What I would love...

I know the ferries will probably be stopped but then again it may be sheltered by the mainland :fingerscrossed: Also from our experience here...

Thank you for resurrecting this thread! It is also in my interest to search out retirement places over the next couple of years and is interesting what people think, especially those who live close...
