BTW, did your employer want the applicant to start immediately ?

In other countries, usually there is 1 month notice ... and it is acceptable.
How is it in NZ ?

BTW, have you tried to search for job before you landed in NZ (i.e. before 9th Feb) or you start job hunting and sending your CV after you...

I am just curious, the deadline 4 Aug 2012 is the deadline for the applicant to submit the application OR the deadline for the case officer to process the application?

I believe it depends on your qualification.
As far as I understand, If yours is exempted , i.e. it is on the list of qualification exempt, then you would not need NZQA assessment.

My documents and certificates are not in English language.
Anyone know whether I need to get it translated by NZ chartered translator or I can just choose local country chartered translator?
