Omg, money not cleared for flights yet, they had to re book with emirates and now we have different flight times...flight at 21:20 instead of 14:15.....which means we land in Perth at 00:55 instead...

Zayned, my visas took approx a month in all, got my email a week after my medical, it's sent via email to sydney so normally sorted within a couple of days.

Got our flight details from IMO Friday,...

I had to give a weeks notice for every year I've been with EMAS, so I had to give 12 weeks notice, so I gave notice before I'd even been offered a job, very scary!

Thans big, i tried to link my bank account travel indurance but they wouldn't let me. i upgrafed my tsb account to platinum aswell so my whole family was covered.

Congratulations Tanya, book your flights with IOM international organization of migration, they need your visa number to book. Its a direct flight, no stop oversea allowed but they allow 40kg

They only pay for your visa I believe which is a couple of grand, you pay your visa medical approx £350. You husband can't work until he gets a visa even though he goes on your visa. could take some...
