OK, I don't get it yet. What kind of work do you imagine doing? If you could go to a webpage and see the description of your perfect job, what would it say?

Or pick a touristy location where English can be an advantage. You could do bar work on any Greek island.
Of course winters are sort of unemployed, but you find things to do.
