how is the weather over in england now? there has been no snow here (well at Maribor) since Saturday and the laid stuff is starting to melt

Think our občina is for about 12,000 people. They are getting a bit arse'y about bin collection, i must remember to shout "Gotof Je" out the window next time i drive past

Slovenia has proportionally a bigger public sector than the UK (health isn't public sector here), so there must be an awful lot of non-jobs out there

Hasn't snowed today in Maribor and was bizarrely 8 degrees earlier. Still there is that much snow on the ground it has not been warm enough to melt it.

The admin advised if we have a few longs...

Not juse use thats stuck then. I did have a drive out on Monday, never again.
The back end of the car was sliding out and this is with winter tyres on.

I see why the Slovenians all have big...

hopefully we might get an influx of british expats in slovenia

thats if they are trapped in the 3 foot of snow!

had a great time in Croatia, wasnt sure whether or not to drink the tap water in the apartment, judging by the way i feel now....i shouldnt have!
