The easiest option would be to move to an EU country which isn’t France. Ireland, in particular, would be the simplest as you have both independently have the right to live and work there.

That’s unfortunate as the deadline has now passed for your wife to make an application on the basis of her previous residence. She will likely now either need to find an employer in the UK willing...

Did your wife apply for any kind of immigration status in the UK either before or after Brexit?
