That's correct provided you were registered as a British citizen before your children were born.

In that case I would investigate Polish citizenship for yourself and your children, assuming your father was born to Polish parents. Has your father ever acquired another citizenship?

1. You will need to apply for a separate visa for each family member. Your children cannot be added as dependants to your wife's visa.

2. You don't need to complete Appendix 1 in your situation....
