Didn't mean to be cryptic - country of work is UAE.

And by take legal advice I meant that I will take my own legal advice in any event.

To clarify, when we applied for the K-1, we thought that I would be working in the US for the next 2 years minimum. Work has come up outside of the US that may take me away for three 5 week periods....
