Hi Lambz,

I contacted the local magistrates court and asked if they certified documents - £25 for the lot :-) Took a while though!

I posted of to Perth office on 15th November - not heard...

Think i will have to re-do my application form tomorrow (AGOS-40) before i post it off, when i have checked on AHPRA :-(

But.... The Justice of the Peace has signed all my docs today but I didn't...

I am just sorting out my stuff for posting tomorrow after getting everything certified today:-)

I have just realised i have filled in a AGEN-40 form :-/ rather than a AGOS-40 form -

does this...
