VAT we are supposed to be able to get a refund however, just returned from Hereford where none of the stores could produce the necessary paperwork. :(

Interesting - on the one hand we have : shop assistants who leave you alone to make your own choices then on the other hand we have : poor customer service.
Guess it comes down to the mood we're in...
