Some of us will be familiar with 5 Guys Burger stores in Canada. Cant say I use them very often as I find better burgers and prices at mom and pop burger bars.

If the gravy is on the side then go for it. Now pouring the gravy over the fish is not everybody's cuppa tea. Now obviously growing up on chippy type gravy or homemade by mum for the traditional...

Chances are that DHL use their US hubs much like UPS & Fedex for freight to North America. Ever noticed that the vaccines coming from Europe destined for Canada come via the USA.
