thanks for that Trafford, the problem is getting a visa in the first place, the Canterbury one is only a temp visa and would not afford them to stay after the length of the contract. but as advised...

THAT IS NOT GOOD - the agent should be referred to the appropriate authorities and have their licence removed.

How will he get your OH a work visa, you need a job offer and to do that you would...
