Yeah that is typical! I was about to send our passports to my sister in London when I read on this that they were no longer requesting passports. I reckon we both took around the 7 month mark...

We were sponsor approved on the 9th September. Ecas said our file was "received in London" on the 9th September also, however ecas didn't change to "in process" until the 9th November. Wouldn't...

Niagara Falls is really beautiful. Been many times and will probably visit many times more! Another bonus is that one of the few IHOPS are there :D

We have bought our house. Worlds apart from my wee UK house... Half the price and triple the size lol. You can actually swing a cat in the bedrooms. (not that I have tried lol).

Oh he'll have no problems making friends... They were alll round my daughter - even the ones from other classes lol. Even the teachers are happy to have a wee bit of "different." She's too young...

It's CORP - confirmation of permanent residency. Apparently it comes by recorded/registered post and is a form that must be given at the border to confirm eligibility to stay as a PR. Apparently...
