is there a form that the future employer needs to fill out? if so where can I get it? I have looked at the UK Visa site and can not seem to find one.

Since we hope to be doing a pre move trip in...

Wait, what? You need to have a job that pays £18,600 or you have to have earned that much in a 6 month period??? I am totally confused now.

I thought you had to have a job lined up that would pay...
