Fair enough. I'd be somewhat skeptical about the cost of living being less, or less to any really noticeable degree but I might be wrong.

Unless everything is literally 1/4 the price it is here.

Haven't really kept up with your posts. Why are you intentionally leaving Canada? Is Malta that good? (I'm assuming that's where you're going)

When I got to my car today after work it was saying 12C. I was horrified.

It is the beginning of 5 months of awful sweaty humid sunshine :rofl:

This is an expat forum. We all came from somewhere else. We knew in advance.

Being born here...if you dislike the weather it's like how I disliked it permanently raining back in the UK.

Reflects rather badly on people who came here, presumably by their own choice, to then despise the weather that predominates for half the year :D

Haven't spoken to me or my colleagues then. We use both centimetres and inches when talking about snow. Then again, as web designers, we're used to using multiple units to describe things as a matter...

I genuinely enjoy winter. Along with autumn. Far better than that rubbish in spring and summer.
