I followed you by contacting my MP.. Mainly because I made a £300 overpayment to the IEC due to the receipts having inadequate information on them. And although IEC acknowledged the over payment,...

Our flight isn't until may 27th so I have some time. They didn't say they did anything wrong, they just said that I was approved over a month ago.. They clearly didn't actually check in detail, or...

I have been waiting since Feb 23rd, and according to cic who responded to my email 3 weeks after I sent it - it was approved on march 7th! But I still have nothing to show for it.

Ahh man, that's frustrating. They are supposedly forced to process an application within 6 weeks as the service has been paid for... But for quite a few people it has run over. So I think they rely...

Someone did travel and get it in Canada, but it seems to be a mistake at cic's end and they have simply forgotten to send it. So I have emailed again to make them aware of it, and hopefully they can...

Well to re phrase, my LOI was was issued a month ago, they just haven't given me it. Cic are very difficult to contact.... I want a job there!!

It has been over 4 weeks since my visa was apparently approved, and i still haven't been given it. They had better not count it's validity period from last month!

Has anyone successfully rung CIC from the UK? 001-888-242‑2100 is the number i was using but it keeps saying the call cannot be completed

It's not great I have to admit! but our flight isn't until may 27th so have a bit of time to play with. I will ring them tomorrow and see if that will speed things up a little. Pretty crazy that...

I submitted on the 23rd Feb... However I have had to send them another e-mail pointing out that I still don't have it in my account.. which will prob take them another 3/4 weeks to read lol

What bugs me is that they crack on about being first come first serve, and granted the applications have been sent out to different offices, so some are faster than others... But someone submitted...
