Not sure, best ask the company for pro's and con's of each. Mesh allows a very small amount of mist through when it rains, but not enough to worry about. We chose Mesh, partly because you can see out...

Allstruct blinds based in Hillarys, found to be far the cheapest quote we had. Think its a one man band and he certainly knows his stuff.
