No worries, this will be for my parents, I'll be paying. Sister did a UK web site search and the trip came up (without doing any air miles magic) at circa 3.5k gbp for the two. I did a USA web based...

Tonrob, What magic can you work on this itinery Dec 1st 2013 Heathrow (or Manchester) to Shanghai, Dec 4th Shanghai to Sydney, Jan 10th 2014 Sydney to SFO (or Oakland) then back to the UK Feb 11th....
