Mine wasnt even in process, mine was "Received" for 7 months! I pointed out this was over the processing time in which I applied, and Ive heard nothing, and I am panicking because of my last incident.

They opened mine june 12th, I got an update that they have started processing January 14th. Thats 7months time for me.

Hoping to hear something soon!

I sent them a rather angry email last...

Haven't had as little as an email from them, so my mind is going into hyper-drive. My spouse got an email on the 15th of August, I didn't and thats the last I heard. I don't know if London issue...

Someone should add my time line to the spread sheet to make people feel better about their own cases, Sponsor Approved August 15, still not even in process or received by london.

You can email them with the subject line URGENT on the case specific email (they should respond if you keep up the urgency throughout the email. )

Yes my UK MP, I also Contacted my local MP here in Canada and he was more than willing to help..but in the end up I didn't need him.

Yes you cannot get implied status on an IEC visa, not for a PR application. If you PR is inland you can apply as a visitor and sta.

Volunteering is an iffy subject, I remember on one of my permits...
