So you're recommending I apply for the H1B visa instead of the E3? I was under the impression that the E3 visa is much simpler and cheaper than the H1B visa?

What type of questions would lead to this? The job is real, as is the company?

As far as job security goes, I know for certain the company is doing very well and my position would be assured. ...

Heh, sorry that was so confusing!

Potential issues: The company is so small, and the owner-operator is a personal friend who offered me the job without advertising or looking for local candidates....
