No way to get a social security number without either being a PR or having an employment authorization document in your hand. You have neither.

Affidavit(s) is one of the suggested forms of validation of your marriage. It is not a requirement.

Include copies of joint bank accounts, life insurance policies naming the other beneficiary,...
