So either the rents were too high or there is an element of desperation - lets face it, a let at very small profit is better than no let at all.

back in UK the rents are rising as the housing...

yes, flight times are a nuisance, so we have to fly home on Easyjet and back to Spain on Ryanair :eek:
its only because their flight times can be so awkward for onward travel at either end
