as I posted earlier, start working on it now in uk, get yourself set up for operation - rather than wait until you arrive somewhere.
I have never tried setting up a business of any sort anywhere but...

well with the lack of languages it proves difficult but suggest you concentrate on the normal expat well heeled areas such as Marbella, Malaga but also other places such as Madrid, Barcelona,...
