Re: Nonimmigrant Visa Waiver of Ineligibility Application

A friend of mine just hit 23 weeks, had flight and hotels all booked for this week based on his turnaround of about 6 weeks from the last time he got a waiver a couple of years ago. So everyone, be...

Re: Nonimmigrant Visa Waiver of Ineligibility Application

Our trip went fine, a short trip to secondary, then after about 20 minutes they handed my passport back and apologised for the wait. Entirely painless!

Given the massive waiting times i have a...

Re: Nonimmigrant Visa Waiver of Ineligibility Application

It would seem turnaround times are getting worse, i wonder if this is because more people are aware of the d3 waiver, (especially given that they are all adjudicated centrally) or that less resource...

Re: Nonimmigrant Visa Waiver of Ineligibility Application

Glad their estimate has moved closer to reality, this will hopefully help manage expectations of those expecting a quick turnaround.

Re: Nonimmigrant Visa Waiver of Ineligibility Application

Re: Nonimmigrant Visa Waiver of Ineligibility Application

Eventually capitulated and emailed the consulate, because we had a batch of incoming emails go missing recently at work, so i used that to justify emailing them.

Waste of time (as i knew it would...

Re: Nonimmigrant Visa Waiver of Ineligibility Application

Anyone else who is thinking of following this process. I am now on week 19, so be sure to plan ahead appropriately, it's possible processing times have slowed in the winter, or i could just be a one...

Re: Nonimmigrant Visa Waiver of Ineligibility Application

Nope, nothing here, hoping to hear something this week, but knowing my luck there will be something slowing it all down. We had hoped to get it all sorted to go over on thanksgiving...glad i didnt...
