I think this depends on the last residence application & what NZIS have on record. It's a tick box situation.

It should come out in the wash.

HHmm.
I think perhaps NZ Immy will be looking at your previous application a few years back and seen that they felt there was an issue with your OHs quals meeting the NZ NZQA level at that time....
