Thanks Meow. Although, another language would be an asset but like most expats we are not concerned about this at present for our 3yr old.

Mrs. checked their website and it looks good. Just a little confused to see an ‘Acceptable’ rating on the KHDA website.

I have checked a couple of properties at The Lakes on dubizzle.com, rents are extortionate there :ohmy:. Currently I pay £1850pm mortgage (approx. aed 11000) for a very spacious...
