If you have the recipe I'd be very interested. The "British" restaurant here is not very good and has a slightly odd take on british food for some reason, even though the owners are British.

My wife does it all the time, using standard cheap flour and a standard cupcake pan. Uses the Delia Smith recipe, make sure the pan is nice and hot before adding the mixture. If only her shepherds...
