Interesting to know. That would have greatly helped my personal situation 5 or 6 years back as it was being applied for offshore.

5 months at the time when we applied was nearly a show stopper for us. I had a transfer offer. I was able to push out the transfer so it worked with the time frame approval. But only just. I think...

Its not the PR bit I am wondering about. Its the time you submit your forms to getting the visa. From memory its was called a sublass 820 or something

I confronted Scott Morrison in his Shire office when spousal visas were taking 5 months and he was shadow immigration minister ...... he wasn't interested in the slightest. .... what are spousal visa...
