Ohhh I assume 1 million AED not £s. The place I bought is a joint owned between my mum and me, so does that mean both of us can get one.

How about my dad and brother who comes over twice a year...

Hi Guys,

How do I obtain a resident visa without getting a employer to sponsor me?

Would I be entiltled to one as I have purchased property in Dubai?

Yes you are right I do not have a visa, and found it fairly easy to get a car and a current & savings account.

Luckily I bought my place off plan 6...
