I don't think prices in Oz can stay high for much longer,the bubble will burst at some stage just like Spain when people investered left right and centre and they can not sell for love nor money...

I don't think you can compare Brissy prices with the rest of the UK.I don't think you could get a 1 bed bedsit in London for that price lol and with the exchange rate over valued at the moment,But if...
