One thing maybe useful to do is to pack your spare duvets, pillows and winter bulky clothes by using some vacumm bags. So when they come to survey, they will get less volume, which will be more...

We also got a quote £3300 + 2.5% insurance from Excess Baggage.

GB Liner quoted on 650 cuft, Excess Baggage quoted on 585 cuft, but Fox quoted on 495 cuft.

Bear in mind the quote is not final. You can negotiate the price and insurance.

They initially quoted £1,130 for the UK end + £3,530 from London to Halifax (£4660 in total for 20' solo container),...

GB Liner comes back a new quote. £3,660 in total for 20' container + £200 for van parking space.

The accurate quote from GB Liner is back. It seems quite expensive.

20' container:
£1,130 for the UK end including insurance.
£3,530 from London to Halifax, plus 3.5% insurance.

They only provide one month for free. We are thinking to store stuff in the UK until the PR arrives in case our PR is not granted at the end.

We got a Quote from GB liner, it will be between £3000 - £4000, including packing. A guy came over to have a look and said it might not fill the whole 20' container. So it would be cheaper to share...
