I feel that Leach is pretty darn good, *IF* paired with Foakes as keeper.

Whilst I sympathise with your feelings, simply put, barring perhaps Sibley of Warks (who is only 23), there simply isn't any county cricketers demanding to be picked.

Nice summary. I find the reaction of Aus public to be very interesting, the Baggy Green really is revered, in a way no UK sports team ever has in my lifetime.
I think Smith & Bancroft might appeal...

Wonderful memories and thanks for sharing.

I remember seeing Big Bird bowling at Lords early 90s (vs Transvaal as a welcome back match). He was frightening then, aged in his 40s....
