Lisa; I just did the "quiz" myself to see if I qualified. I'm from England but you can only type in "United Kingdom".

Of course, it then said that "Congratulations - you qualify" when the official...

Wow! It does seem like the attorney is ripping you off. I would ask for my money back as he is giving you incorrect information. Can he show you the file he has on your case to demonstrate the 'work'...
