If you are entering the UK to visit then your non EU spouse will need to show that he/she has a return ticket to Germany where you currently reside.

You statement above is somewhat misleading. While you can travel to the UK to visit, your European RC does not give you the right to live in the UK.

The OP has only been in Germany for a few...
