YOU try moving to the US then. You'll find for a spouse visa it will take at minimum of 8 months for the process, same for fiance visa and no-one gets to work there without a work visa - unless you...

Since you have never met, I would suggest that she goes to the UK as a visitor (as a US citizen she does not need any visa ).

However she MUST enter with a return ticket, and plenty of evidence...
