We live Inland, so no overbuilds like on the coast. Houses are more indivdual here wheras on the coast a two bed flat is much like any other two bed flat, unless it has something really special about...

The way I see it is you may have to reduce the price of your property in Spain to sell it but you will buy one equally as reduced whether in Spain or the UK if you look about!!
