When I was asked for additional details and sent them, I got COPR about 2-3 weeks later, so not long for you.

Depends on the visa officer doing the case. Doesnt seem to be a standard as of yet.

Dont know how useful/up to date this is now. I got an email from the Tracker a couple of weeks ago saying my eCas changed.. first time I got one. The kicker being I got PR back in August.

you need to send everything at once to avoid any delays/problems. There are 2 checklists in the application kit

You will be looking at more likely 7+ business days, Canadian Post is very slow. Mine took a full 7 business days.

If not they will request additional docs.

If it moves to decision made you will receive either a email or posted doc...

Hearing nothing is better than hearing something. Majority of people never hear anything about the medical, and in theory you shouldnt anyway, if CIC request more info on your health it is done...

Once you have applied for your SIN can can start working. I also believe if you go to certain servicecanadas you can get your SIN the very same day (providing you have landed)

Its hit and miss. Dont hold onto other peoples timelines too much as you will just worry yourself. You have no idea of the other peoples circumstances, application information and of course the visa...

mine went pretty much straight to decision made after they got everything (i had to send some of it myself which created numerous issues)

more often than not now as well you dont even need to send copies. They just send you COPR in the mail

so you have a rough idea, mine took 6 working days to get from London, UK to Oshawa (Toronto area) :) it is sent international signed for so you gotta be in to sign for it, or collect it at the post...
