I have just read some but not all of the NS health site and there are disposal sites that will recieve ground contaminated with waste oil, in NS no problem, It also says that you "Must" report the...

We have had some dealing with this sort of thing and its not all as "black" as the contractors would have you think, This sort of thing happens all the time both here in the UK and in Canada, firstly...
