Well if that is true and nearly all university degrees will be taught in English then I very much hope that there will be high fees for any Non-EU student. Because as a German tax payer I am not...

If you want to get to know German culture not knowing German will be a major issue...in fact it will prevent you from getting to know Germany and it will limit you to only a very few jobs. Imagining...
