Thanks for that.

I had been told that once I get a bridging visa, my 457 would effectively end... I didn't realise that they run concurrently.

Thanks for the info... that doesn't sound good. Is there a limit on how you'll long you could remain in the pool? Could you stay there, in limbo, for months or even years before a decision is made?
