Glad its sorted....nightmare.... Reading back I was horrified to see the amount of money you've been charged in the past...300 euros a time.....mine average around 60....what have you in the house...

Forgot to say, why not set up a D Debit with the bank....I do pay electric bill this way others I pay at PO, this way you will have proof bill paid and need not worry about keeping receipts :thumbsup:

Really feel for you:(Do not understand how things like that can happen....100 euros IS alot of money, can you not get GF to call them and sort it out ?
