Yes, you can bring your noclaims as long as you insure in italy within 18months of the expiry of your UK policy. You need your no claims bonus from your UK insurer in Italian.

Yes, 37100 thats what i always thought, but I have heard of people having to change them before the expiry of the photocard because they have been resident here a couple of years.

Your EU photo licence is technically valid till its expiry, but there is also an Italian law which says you need to convert within 1 or 2 years (can't remember frankly) I kept mine till its expiry,...

If you're resident in ITaly, yes. Though you should convert your UK licence to an Italian one within a couple of years.
